At Norevale, boarding is the foundation the whole operation is built on. The horses in our care are the reason we’re here every morning. They’re also, in many cases, the horses we’ll be selling next year.
As the farm has grown, that hasn’t changed. It’s the standard everything else is held to.
Each horse’s care is tailored individually: exercise routine, feeding program, turnout, handling. There are no walkers here; every horse is hand-walked, which means every horse gets time with a person who knows it.
Boarding at Norevale is priced close to cost, because we want our clients to be able to stay in the game. Our business is built on sales rings results, not monthly invoices.
From the breeding decision to foaling, through rearing and back to the shed the following season, your mare and foal are in the same hands throughout. Grassroots horsemanship, applied at every stage of the cycle.
The transition from weanling to yearling prep happens on the same farm with the same team. Conditioning, handling, and presentation are all tailored to the individual horse, whether they're bound for the sales ring or a trainer.
Norevale operates across three adjacent properties in Lexington, Kentucky, totaling approximately 300 acres.
Facilities include purpose-built foaling barns, weanling and yearling paddocks, a quarantine facility, and the turnout and conditioning infrastructure to support a program that doesn’t take shortcuts.
